• Adding engraving or gemstone customization will not affect the shipping time. Please refer to the shopping guidelines for detailed timelines.

2. Non-Returnable

• Customized products, including engraved and modified gemstone pieces, are non-refundable and not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
• If the engraving font, gemstone color, or positioning does not meet expectations, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
