Shopping Notice


Order Confirmation

Before placing your order, please carefully review your purchase details and delivery information. Once an order is confirmed, modifications (including product details, payment methods, delivery methods, and order splitting) cannot be made.

Once our system confirms the successful placement of your order, it will be directly processed and forwarded to the logistics provider for shipment. Cancellation is not possible at this stage. We appreciate your understanding.

Transaction Currency

All orders are settled in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). While the website allows users to view prices in their preferred local currency, checkout will be processed in TWD at the prevailing exchange rate.

 

Shipping Methods & Fees

1. Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)

  • Delivery Methods: Delivery / In-store Pickup (Payment Not Available)
  • Shipping Fee: TWD 80
  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer
  • Free Shipping: Orders over TWD 3,000  qualify for free within Taiwan.
  • Please ensure that the name entered during checkout matches your official ID and bring valid identification when picking up your package to avoid any collection issues.
  • For In-store pickup, please pickup your order within 7 days after arrival. If the package is not picked up and a refund is issued, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

2. International Shipping

  • Delivery Methods: Delivery/ shipping fee TWD300
  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer
  • We will select the most suitable international courier based on your delivery location and package characteristics.
  • Please refer to your order details for the designated shipping carrier.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over TWD 10,000 qualify for free international shipping.

3. Additional Charges & Customs Fees

  • Shipping costs are subject to periodic adjustments by courier companies and vary by country due to differing import tax regulations.
  • Any customs duties or additional fees for remote areas incurred upon package collection are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • KNI9HT does not charge any extra fees beyond the stated shipping cost.
  • Delivery timeframes depend on the courier's actual processing times and are not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.

Estimated Delivery Time

Customized products require 2-4 weeks for production. Once production is complete, orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Thank you for your patience.

Return and Refund


Scope of Application

《Taiwan Region》

1. Seven-Day Unconditional Return Policy

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Kni9ht provides a seven-day unconditional return policy (excluding exceptions) from the date of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and with complete packaging; otherwise, it may affect your return eligibility.
  • The seven-day appreciation period starts the day after the product is received, including weekends and holidays. This period is for inspection purposes only and not a trial period. Please ensure the product remains in new condition.
  • For convenience store pickups: The first day is counted from the day after the package is collected.
  • For home deliveries: The first day is counted from the day after the package is signed for, regardless of whether the recipient is the buyer, a family member, or a concierge

If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photos or videos, and we will assist you with the process:

  • The product has visible defects or damage (damage caused during transportation; an unboxing video is required as proof).
  • The received product does not match the order details (e.g., incorrect style, size, or color).

 《International Orders》

1. Cross-border Products Are Not Eligible for the Seven-Day Unconditional Return Policy

  • Our cross-border products are shipped directly from overseas. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not provide a seven-day unconditional return service for these products.
  • Please confirm the product specifications, size, color, and other details before placing an order to avoid return issues due to personal preferences.

2. Special Cases for Return Eligibility

If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photos or videos, and we will assist you with the process:

  • The product has visible defects or damage (damage caused during transportation; an unboxing video is required as proof).
  • The received product does not match the order details (e.g., incorrect style, size, or color).

3. Minor packaging dents or slight creases due to international shipping that do not affect product functionality will not be accepted for returns.


Definition of Non-Defective Products

The following conditions are not considered defects and do not qualify for free returns or exchanges:

1. Minor Variations in Handmade Products

  • If a product is handmade, slight differences in texture, shape, and color tone are normal and not considered defects.

2. Unique Characteristics of Natural Materials

  • Natural materials such as gems, pearls, and stones may have variations in color, pattern, and size. These are natural properties and are not considered quality issues.

3. Minor Scratches on Metal Surfaces (Production or Shipping Process)

  • Jewelry may have fine scratches due to polishing, plating, or the production process. This is normal and does not affect the functionality or aesthetics of the product.

4. Color Differences Due to Screen Display Settings

  • Product images may appear slightly different due to screen settings. The actual product should be used as the standard.

5. Changes Due to Personal Usage Habits

  • Metal jewelry may oxidize, discolor, or develop fine scratches over time due to wear, sweat, and environmental factors. This is normal and not considered a defect.

6. Measurement Variations (±0.5cm Tolerance)

  • The measured size of products may have a 0.1 to 0.5cm variance due to different measurement methods. This is normal and acceptable.

 

Refund-Only Process

1. Before Shipment
If you no longer need the item and the order has not been shipped, you may contact customer service to request a refund.

2. After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped but you no longer need the item, the refund will be processed according to the return procedure.

 

Return Process

1. Requesting a Return

Please request a return within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting customer service and providing:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (required for defective or incorrect items)

2. Returning the Product

  • We will review the return request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  • Once the return is approved, please ship the item within three days.
  • The returned product must remain in its original packaging with all accessories and be securely packed.
  • The returned item must match the originally requested item (including model, quantity, and completeness). If the returned product differs from the return request, the return will not be accepted.
  • For partial returns, please specify this in the return request to ensure it aligns with the approved return request.
  • If the return causes the remaining order to fall below the free gift threshold, the gift item must also be returned in new and unopened condition. If you wish to keep the gift, the gift’s retail price will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions and will return the package to the customer. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

    3. Refund Processing

    Once the returned item is received and confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days:

    • Credit card payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card account.
    • If the retained items in the original order do not meet the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
    • For promotional bundle products, if returning part of the order results in the remaining items falling below the promotional quantity requirement, the retained items will be charged at their original price, and the price difference will be deducted from the refund.

     

    Important Notes

    • If the returned product has damaged packaging or visible usage traces affecting resale value, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be rejected.
    • If the product shows signs of human damage or improper use, the return will not be accepted.
    • To avoid disputes, we recommend recording a video while unboxing the package to ensure all items are received correctly.
    • We reserve the final right to approve or deny return and exchange requests.

    Jewellery Care


    Sterling Silver Jewelry:

    •  Use a silver polishing cloth to remove oxidation and maintain shine. 
    •  Avoid contact with water and chemicals ( including swimming, bathing, and cleaning agents )
    • Store sterling silver jewelry in a moisture-free, cool and dry place, possibly in a sealed bag to reduce the risk of oxidation.
    • Prevent friction and scratches by avoiding contact with hard objects.

    Gold Plated Jewelry:

    Gold-plated jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver, coated with a thicker layer of 18K gold than the industry standard, and protected with an additional layer for extended durability. All materials are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. With proper care, gold-plated jewelry can maintain its color for many years.

    • Clean with a soft cloth free of any chemical agents.
    • Avoid exposure to products containing chemicals, such as perfumes, cosmetics, and cleaning agents.
    • Store in a dark, dry place, avoiding friction and impact. Use a dust bag or soft cloth for protection.

    Natural Pearls and Gemstones:

    • Avoid contact with chemicals, including perfumes and cosmetics.
    • Shield from strong light and high temperatures.
    • Do not immerse pearl jewelry for an extended period and refrain from vigorous rubbing.
    • Gently wipe with a gemstone polishing cloth or a soft cloth free of any chemical agents.
